Editions & sizing
What does "limited edition" mean at Lamaze Elegance?
Each edition is 24 pieces and is never restocked once sold out. We release six editions a year, designed and made in our Nairobi atelier.
What happens if I return a piece from a sold-out edition?
We can offer a refund or store credit, but we may not be able to offer an exchange for the same design if no pieces remain from that edition.
Payment & gifts
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, Stripe (card payments), and Flutterwave, including Flutterwave's Pay Later option at checkout.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are available in KSh 5,000, KSh 10,000, and KSh 20,000 denominations, sent by email and redeemable on any order.
Returns & repairs
What is your return policy?
Unworn, unengraved pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, minus original shipping. Start a return from My Account → Orders → Request a return, or by replying to your order confirmation email.
Can I return an engraved or personalised piece?
Engraved and personalised pieces are made specifically for you, so they can only be returned if they arrive faulty or damaged — not for a change of mind. We will always replace or refund a piece that is genuinely wrong.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping cost, no questions asked.
Do you repair pieces after purchase?
Yes — re-stringing, re-plating, new clasps and more are free for life. Bring any piece back to the atelier or ship it to us at any time. This does not cover loss, theft, or damage from significant misuse.
How long does a refund take once you receive my return?
Once we receive your return, we inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take a few extra days to appear.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you deliver, and is shipping free?
We deliver across Kenya. Orders over KSh 8,000 ship free; smaller orders show the delivery fee at checkout before you pay.
Can I pay later instead of upfront?
Yes — Pay Later with Flutterwave is available at checkout alongside M-Pesa, Stripe, and Flutterwave's regular payment options.
Do you have a physical boutique I can visit?
