Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you use lamaze.co or buy from Lamaze Elegance. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include or exclude VAT as displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order (with a full refund) if a piece was mispriced or is no longer available — this matters especially for our limited editions, which are never restocked.

Payment

We accept payment via Stripe (cards, Apple Pay), Mpesa, and Flutterwave. Payment is taken when your order is placed. We never store your full card details ourselves — that’s handled directly by our payment providers.

Shipping

We hand-wrap and dispatch within 24 hours of order confirmation. Delivery estimates by destination are shown at checkout and in our FAQ; they’re estimates, not guarantees, once a parcel is with a courier.

Product descriptions and images

We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Because many pieces are hand-finished, small natural variations (in stone colour, grain, or plating) are normal and not a fault.

Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your account password secure and for any orders placed through your account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

Intellectual property

All designs, photography, and content on this site belong to Lamaze Elegance and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

We’re liable for loss or damage you suffer that’s a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or acting negligently, but not for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing here limits any right you have under Kenyan consumer protection law that can’t legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. If you’re shopping from another country, local consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded still apply to you.
